QUICK FIX OF MY ERROR WITH ADDRESS

I ENDED UP WITH A MIX OF OLD AND NEW ADDRESS FOR MY DELIVERY AND DONNA SORTED IT OUT FOR ME ON LINE ,,VERY HELPFUL.

Poor customer service

I am disgusted with the staff, I visited my local pets at home & as I entered the shop, I did not notice the wet floor from the rain, there were no mats there, & no wet/slippery floor signs, there were 4 staff standing around by the till chatting away and I went flying on the wet floor, smashed my phone and now have a swole bruised knee, not one of them asked if I was ok, or if I needed help/ or injured myself, I carried on my shop, thinking they would have asked me if was okay at the checkout and they didn’t they acted like nothing had happened!!

Queue queue Barney Magrew

Queue outside not going down queue very very slow and when finally inside queue not going down as people join membership scheme ... Amended thankyou for reply.

Chester Greyhound Store

Recently PAT ran out of a particular AVA food which my greyhound loves and despite her being picky about what dog food she eats. Whilst this posed a problem. Well Vicky at your Chester Greyhound store went out her way suggested an alternative food for now. Also Vicky kept me informed by phone during this week exactly what what was happening regarding AVA deliveries and today phoned me today saying they in stock. Faultless service from Vicky amazing, a credit to Pets at Home and other team members. For me my dog is very precious and Vicky could see that. Thank you so much.

Shocking customer service both in and…

Shocking customer service both in and out of store. Staff in store have no knowledge about products. When I contacted customer services about my issues and I was fobbed off. I won't be using pets at home again. plenty more pet shops in my area.

Used the pets at home live chat with Micheal O. They helped with my delivery that was sent to the wrong house. Got everything fixed up without a hassle. Thank you for making a bad day sunny again.

Click and collect isn't worth the hassle

Placed a click and collect order on Thursday evening, and was emailed on Friday to confirm it will be at my local store (rugby). I'd heard nothing from them by quarter to five, so contacted them through live chat. I was then told order won't be available until Monday. Really frustrating as it was only some dog food which I'm sure would have been available if I had just gone in without ordering.

Terrible experience .Orders arrived…

Terrible experience .Orders arrived damaged. Orders for collection-items replaced by something totally different. ..Lines closed-there is no one to talk to. Send email -unhelpful costumer service. Will make sure never to use them.. ever again.

Order not delivered no explanation and no contact from them.

We have a repeat order of specialist food for our dogs. The email notifying delivery arrived and then NOTHING, no food, no communication, no follow up. Logged on to my account and couldn't access the orders page as it persistently went to the error screen. I presume they have run out of the food however I don't know as they didn't even have the courtesy to notify me they couldn't fulfil it. The dogs need the food due to their medical condition. I have now cancelled my repeat order with them and started using Bitba who are prompt, professional and have a huge range of products. Even better there is a money back loyalty scheme and incredibly speedy delivery. Pets at Home are losing customers at an alarming rate with their incompetence, dreadful staff attitude and overly aggressive policing of the lockdown shopping regulations and now they can't even reliably deliver goods. Pretty much any other company could do a better job and probably would appreciate your custom far more.

found meal moth larvae climbing out of…

found meal moth larvae climbing out of a bag of wainwrights dog food and up the walls in our cupboard. told the supplier via Pets at home but no response.Still finding moths every time we open the door despite removing the source of the problem and giving the cupboard a deep clean.disappointed by lack of response from Pets at Home
